Thanks to arigin, pumpkin products, in our case, pumpkin flour, are especially indicated for people suffering from various forms of diabetes and other endocrine disorders, since with their regular use, the blood sugar level decreases and the activity of the endocrine glands improves.

Pumpkin flour is useful for overweight, obese liver, problems with the gastrointestinal tract and diseases of the biliary tract. This is a good alternative to other types of flour made from heavier cereals – wheat, rye, corn, as it contains a large percentage of vegetable protein, amino acids, and as a result, it is perfectly absorbed and processed by the body. This unique flour can be consumed even raw without additional heat treatment, that is, mixed with liquid and drunk as an energy cocktail saturated with protein.

Pumpkin flour is perfect for a baby’s diet, as well as for pregnant and lactating women. The only contraindication to its use is individual intolerance and allergy to pumpkin, which, I must say, does not occur very often, because the vegetable does not belong to common allergens.

The calorie content of pumpkin flour is about 305 kcal per 100 grams of product. They make excellent pastries, bread, flat cakes, porridge and stews, add to soups and sauces.
