The Imperador 3.0 is one of the great launches in Stara’s history, especially as it is the only self-propelled machine in the world that combines three functions in a single machine. It is a pneumatic sprayer, distributor and seeder, which makes it possible to carry out the three operations in a single trail in the field.
To more efficiently meet the needs of rural producers, self-propelled vehicles have evolved and are even better. On July 6, Stara launched the new Emperor 3.0, with a more modern, robust and bold design, with new colors and cabin. Operator visibility is enhanced with the new lighting system, which is more powerful, and the system with four mirrors.
The best spraying efficiency
In spraying, the Imperador 3.0 now has the Nozzle-to-Nozzle System, which automatically turns off the spray tip when the Topper 5500 controller identifies an area where the mixture has already been applied. This system provides the most accurate and efficient application, with savings of up to 5% in pesticides.
The self-propelled one also has the Continuous Recirculating System, a technology that keeps the solution in constant circulation in the pipes and in the reservoir. With this, the solution becomes more homogeneous and with the exact concentration of the pesticide during application. The spray system is cleaner, with no residue from previous applications and the components have greater durability.

Work carried out at night is also reinforced by the Blue Beam lighting system. Directed to the bars, it allows wide visibility during applications and provides the operator with the best monitoring of the work, avoiding failures and improving the efficiency of the operation.
Excellent seeding uniformity
High yields start with a well-established cover crop. For this, the Imperador 3.0 has the Ponte Verde pneumatic seeding system, which is exclusive to Stara. In the new version of Imperador 3.0, the assembly and disassembly of the system is easy, through the new quick coupling system, bringing practicality to work in the field.

New Autopilot and 4-Wheel Intelligent Steering
Emperor 3.0’s new autopilot is the TD3. It has high performance, is robust, reliable and has a shorter response time. The TD3 reduces failures and overlaps, reducing crushing in the field, because with it it is possible to control the traffic for the next works.
Another novelty is the Intelligent Turn on 4 Wheels, which allows a turning radius 42% smaller than conventional systems. With this, the kneading in the borders and maneuvers is reduced by up to 45%, improving the results of the crop.
