STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION FOR PREPARATION
Step 1
Put the curdled milk in a kitchen towel, tie it with a bag and let it drain for 1-4 hours. The longer it hangs, the denser it will become.
Step 2
Hard boil eggs, 9 minutes. Cool, peel, coarsely chop.
Step 3
Cut off stems and greens from radishes. If it is very fresh, leave some green stems 1–2 cm long. Tap each radish with something heavy (meat hammer, heavy knife handle, saucepan) to crack it. Do not overdo it – the radish should not shatter into pieces. Then divide it into large pieces or cut with a knife.
Step 4
With the same object, tap on the cucumbers so that they also crack. Cut cucumbers into medium pieces. Mix cucumbers and radishes.
Step 5
For green dressing, finely chop the herbs and garlic, put in a blender glass. Salt, pour in 2 tbsp. l. butter, beat until smooth. Add some buttermilk and beat some more. Add the remaining buttermilk and stir. Salt and pepper more.
Step 6
Drizzle eggs with mayonnaise, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix radishes with cucumbers with green dressing. Put the main salad in the plates first, then the egg mixture. Serve immediately with Borodino bread.
