How does the machine work?
The device is based on the principle of compression and release of the udder teat. This process occurs due to the negative pressure created in the glasses. It is maintained at a level of 48 kPa, and the frequency of contractions is regulated by a pulsator.
The device is connected to the mains and the switch-on mode is activated using the button. The manufacturer recommends letting the unit run idle for a few minutes. Then the milk hoses are pinched with special clamps. Now you need to open the valve on the manifold by pressing the button.
Next, aluminum cups are applied to the teats of the udder in turn. Having securely fixed all the containers, the ring is removed from the milk tube. Due to the operation of the vacuum pump, which is driven by the engine, a negative pressure is created in the glasses. Milk begins to flow into the milk collector, connected by a tube to the glasses.
