In appearance, Chinese cabbage resembles a hybrid of simple cabbage and lettuce. She has long heads with juicy leaves, which are added to food raw. Peking cabbage is an early maturing plant.

The duration of the formation of the latest varieties is no more than 80 days, and you can get a harvest from the earliest in 1,5 months. So the type can be cultivated with seedlings, in an open area, since the culture has a high resistance to frost. It is better to sow seeds in late April and early May, then in one year it will be possible to collect several crops at once.
