A range of herbicides applied in the early phases of growth and development of potatoes

The dominant weeds in potato plantings are annuals (chicken millet, bristles, annual bluegrass) and perennial grasses (creeping wheatgrass), annuals (white grass, starweed, odorless three-ribbed, mountaineer species, field violet, small-flowered galinzoa) and perennial yellow, field thistle, field mint). Average infestation of potatoes is 44–85 weeds / m2… Protection of potatoes from weeds is carried out in several stages:

spraying the soil before crop shoots against annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds (Extrakorn, SE; Camelot, SE; Gezagard, KS; Prometrex Flo, KS; Zenkor Ultra, KS; Stomp, 33% k.e .; Kalif, KE; Tavas, KS ; Screen, KS; Herbitox, VRK; Agritox, V.K .; Agrokson, VR; Dikopur M, V.R .; Khvastoks Extra, VR; Khvastoks 750, VR; Zenkor, VDG; Mistral, VDG; Molbuzin, VDG; Lapis lazuli, SP in water-soluble bags; Magnat, VDG; Soil, VDG), annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds, incl. tenacious bedstraw (Bandur Forte, KS; Arcade, EC), annual dicotyledonous weeds sensitive to 2,4-D and 2M-4X (Metafen, VRK),

spraying vegetative weeds 2–5 days before the emergence of shoots against annual and perennial dicotyledonous and cereals, incl. creeping wheatgrass (Volnik Super, BP; Volnik, BP; Tornado 540, BP; Glyphos Premium, BP; Clinic, BP; Sprut Extra, BP; Freysorn, BP),

spraying vegetative weeds before crop shoots against annual and perennial dicotyledonous and cereals (Buran Max, BP; Thunderstorm Ultra, BP; Thunderstorm, BP; Tornado 500, BP; Tornado, BP; Glyphos, BP; Dominator, BP; Pylaround, 360 g / l v.r .; Roundup Max plus, BP; Roundup Max, BP; Roundup Extra, BP; Roundup, BP; Hurricane Forte, BP),

spraying on seedlings with a potato height of up to 5 cm against annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds (Lazurit Super, KNE; Lazurite, SP in water-soluble bags; Zenkor Ultra, KS; Screen, KS; Zontran, KKR; Zenkor, VDG; Magnat, VDG; Mistral , VDG; Molbuzin, VDG), against annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds, incl. tenacious bedstraw (Arcade, EC),

double spraying: the first – before crop shoots and the second – at a potato height of up to 5 cm against annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds (Zenkor Ultra, KS; Zontran, KKR; Lazurit Super, KNE; Ekran, KS; Zenkor, VDG; Mistral, VDG; Molbuzin, VDG; Lazurite, SP in water-soluble bags; Soil, VDG),
double spraying: the first – the early phases of growth and development of weeds with a potato height of up to 5 cm and the second – in the early phases of weed growth with a potato height of up to 25 cm against annual dicotyledonous and cereal weeds, incl. tenacious bedstraw (Boxer, EC)

spraying of vegetative weeds with a potato height of 10-15 cm against annual dicotyledonous weeds (Agritox, vk; Agrokson, BP; Dikopur M, v.p.), annual dicotyledonous weeds sensitive to 2,4-D and 2M-4X (Metafen, VRK).

It should be remembered that herbicides based on metribuzin and diflufenican have both a soil effect (penetrating the roots and affecting the seedlings of germinating plants) and leafy (affecting the emerging plants). In addition, when applied to wet soil, they are able to form a protective screen on its surface, thereby preventing the emergence of new shoots of weeds. Metribuzin-containing herbicides such as Zontran, KKR and Lazurit Super, KNE are used only for the growing mass of weed seedlings. The flow rate of the working fluid is 200–250 l / ha.
