Roses of peach and apricot shades are invariably popular with summer residents. And this is not surprising: delicate flowers of warm color fill the entire garden area with a subtle heady aroma.
Caramella
Hybrid tea rose, blooming several times per season with short breaks. The height of the bush reaches 120 cm, and the width is 70 cm. Flowering begins in early spring and ends in late autumn, the buds reach 10 cm in diameter. The lush flowers exude a pleasant aroma and combine amber yellow, caramel and pastel colors.
“Caramella” takes root easily and does not require special care; survives severe frosts and tolerates dampness well. You need to plant in late April – early May.
For this variety, choose a sunny place that will be shaded in the afternoon: the scorching sun harms the flowers. Planting is carried out in light, loose soil with a medium acidity level.
In a pit 60 cm deep, 10 cm of the drainage layer is laid using gravel, crushed stone or pebbles. Then add organic fertilizer, manure solution or compost.
The last layer is poured into garden soil and, having set a seedling in the center, cover the root system with soil. Lightly compacting the soil, the bush is watered abundantly.
Golden autumn
The decorative rose variety has a spreading, medium-sized bush up to 70 cm high and 50 cm wide. “Golden Autumn” blooms profusely and for a long time from the second decade of June to late autumn.
Terry cupped flowers reach 8-9 cm in diameter. Colored in golden-orange color with lemon-yellow base of petals, they have a pleasant delicate aroma.
“Golden Autumn” is resistant to climatic changes, winters well and has a high immunity to diseases. You need to plant a rose in the spring. The site must be sunny and protected from strong winds.
Saplings are planted in loose, fertile soil that allows water and air to pass through well. At the bottom of a pit, 50-60 cm deep, compost or humus is laid. Then it is half filled with a mixture of organic fertilizers, garden soil, sand and watered with two liters of water.
The seedling is placed in the center of the pit, the roots are straightened and covered with soil, trying to keep the root collar 2-3 cm above the ground surface. The soil is tamped and watered around the plant.
Raffles Dream
Raffles Dream roses bloom several times per season and have large flowers up to 10 cm in diameter. Miniature bushes, up to 60 cm in height and width. Double flowers, collected in inflorescences of 2-5 buds, have wavy petals of yellow-pink and soft apricot shades.
Raffles Dream is highly resistant to low temperatures and many flower diseases. It is also very easy to clean. These roses love good lighting, but cannot tolerate direct sunlight. The area must be shaded and have adequate moisture.
Planting is carried out in spring or early autumn in loamy soil enriched with humus. Drainage is placed in a depression 30 cm wide and 40 cm deep and sprinkled with soil.
A seedling is placed in the center, its roots are straightened and the hole is filled. Then the soil is tamped and watered. The root surface area is covered with a layer of humus 6-8 cm thick.
Sweet Dream
The neat bushes of Sweet Dream mini roses grow from 35 to 50 cm in height. They have dense glossy foliage and continuous flowering throughout the summer. Numerous flowers, up to 5-6 cm in diameter, are formed into inflorescences. They have a beautiful apricot hue, sometimes with a pink blush.
Planting of seedlings is carried out in April-May, choosing a sunny place in the afternoon in partial shade. Sweet Dream will thrive in fertile and breathable soil.
To do this, a 60-centimeter drainage, organic fertilizers are placed in a 10 cm deep hole and sprinkled with garden soil on top. A seedling is placed in the center, the roots are covered with soil, carefully compacting the soil. The bush is watered and the surface around it is covered with peat.
Royal Parks
Compact bushes 90 cm high have strong, erect shoots with green glossy foliage. Terry flowers with a diameter of 10 cm are painted in a delicate apricot color with a velvety shade. The variety is distinguished by long and lush flowering.
Royal Parks is very resistant to diseases, it tolerates heat and frost well. Planting is carried out in the spring in a well-lit area with shading. The soil must be nutritious, so compost, some ash, humus and sand are added to the 60×60 cm pit.
All components are mixed and fertile garden soil is poured on top. Then a seedling is planted in the center, covering the roots with earth, and leaving the tips of the shoots. The soil is compacted and watered.
Apricola
A large, compact shrub grows up to 80 cm in height and has a long, almost continuous flowering. The size of flowers reaches 6 cm in diameter. The color of the buds is apricot with a rich pink, yellow and red-orange tint.
Apricola is a very hardy plant with high disease resistance. The place for planting it should be well lit, and the soil should be fertile.
To do this, a drainage layer is laid in a pit 60-70 cm deep, and a 10-centimeter layer of organic fertilizers is placed on top. Sprinkle with fertilized garden soil and, spreading the roots, set the seedling in the center. Sprinkle the roots with soil, compact, not forgetting about watering.
Abrico border
“Border Abrico” has a round, dense and abundantly flowering bush up to 70 cm high. Apricot buds with an orange and yellow center reach 6 cm in diameter and are collected in large inflorescences.
Roses of this variety successfully overwinter, are unpretentious in care and very rarely get sick. Planting is carried out in spring or early autumn in a lighted area, protected from drafts.
Organic fertilizers are placed in a pit 50 cm deep, and fertile garden soil is poured on top. Having planted a seedling in the center, sprinkle it with soil, compacting the earth. Water and cover the root area with a layer of humus.
