To maintain soil moisture, it must be mulched, for which mowed grass or sawdust is suitable. The tree tolerates frost well even at a young age, so it does not need shelter.
Pendula
This cypress is a representative of weeping conifers. The plant grows rapidly. At the age of 12 years, the height of the trunk can reach 2 m. It is appreciated for its frost resistance and lack of requirements for soil and moisture. Pendula grows well on sandy loam, loamy, neutral, semi-acidic and other soils.
On the site, the plant is best placed in open spaces with good access to sunlight. In the summer, it must be watered every 7 days, but moisture must not be allowed to stagnate.
Conic
This is a spruce variety with a regular narrow-conical shape, with dense and dense needles. It is she who is considered the Christmas tree all over the world. An adult plant reaches 1 m in height, while growing slowly – it adds only 3-4 cm every year.
